Litter Project

Artwork of the poster

After discussion with members and residents Dunadd Community Enterprise has started an anti-litter project aimed at trouble spots within the area. These are specifically where litter accumulates at lay-bys, roadside edges and other areas.

We have permission from Argyll and Bute Council to put up temporary anti-litter signs which is defined as 2-4 weeks. We have also agreed that the signs will not impede the line of sight for motorists.

Everyone involved in the project will need to sign up to our risk assessment, and we ask if you are litter picking as a group that you discuss the risk assessment, with all of the group before you undertake the activity.

We have signs on post, signs for fences, and banners, as well as litter picker sticks and hiviz vests.

Interested in the project then either phone 01546 510202 or email

Funding has now been received for this project from the Ventient A’Chruach Community Fund
